Adios Charters Montauk
Adios Charters has a trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Montauk. With Captain Skip at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Fluke, Scup (Porgy), Bluefin Tuna, Thresher Shark, and whatever else takes the bait. During the trip you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, one will be provided on request. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your trip begins aboard a 36' Enson sportfishing vessel with room for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip is customary.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with Adios Charters!
