Walleye, Yellow Perch, and more can be found in these waters, depending on the season.
During the trip you might be spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Cody believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your trip begins aboard a 30' Sport Craft with capacity for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available when needed.
Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

We had an unforgettable experience out on the water! This charter made my son’s first walleye catch something we’ll be talking about for years. The crew was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure he felt confident every step of the way—from baiting the line to reeling it in. When he finally hooked that walleye, the excitement was unreal. They took the time to coach him through it instead of rushing, which made it even more special. Seeing the smile on his face when he pulled that fish into the boat was worth everything. The boat was clean, the equipment was top-notch, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed the entire trip. If you’re looking to make memories with your kids or experience fishing at its best, this is the charter to book. We’ll definitely be back!

My son and five buddies, all 18, booked a three-hour trip with Captain Cody on Lake Erie and came back raving. They hauled in walleye and perch and had a blast doing it. I wasn’t there, but when six young guys all agree something was great, you listen. Cody knew right where the fish were and clearly didn’t mind a boat full of loud teens. If you want a captain who knows the lake cold and works well with a young crew, he’s your guy. Five stars from a dad who only heard the stories.
We had a blast and im glad they had a great time! Great group of young fiaherman.
Cody was a great captain! We had unfortunate timing going out after a storm, the fish just weren’t biting much. But none the less, Cody was doing his best to find spots were the fish would bite! We really appreciated his expertise and patience with our kids. He has a lovely boat and fishing equipment. We very much enjoyed our time and are hopeful to catch some big ones next trip out!
Cody took my 10 year old grandson and I out for a 3 hour sunset cruise. He was very patient with my grandson which is very energetic and has the attention span of a gnat. The only downside to the trip is we didn't have any wind, so the fishing was a bit tough. We didn't limit out but had a fantastic time.
You guys were awesome!
Caught a nice amount of perch on a slow day but beautiful weather. Cody knew all the best spots to try and we came home with about half our limit for the day. Would recommend!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
