What species of fish can you expect to catch? Sheepshead, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Blacktip Shark, Black Drum, Bonnethead Shark, Flounder, and more are possible.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! We have child-sized and adult life vests available. While water is provided, feel free to bring snacks, lunch and other desired beverages. Alcohol is allowed on board but in moderation. Please keep in mind that the Texas Coastal climate can be hot and humid and effective hydration is extremely important.
Your fishing vessel for the day is a 24' Bay boat with space for five passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. If you have a larger party, please let us know, we may be able to accomodate by doing a double boat trip if available.
Please note that for safety reasons, we may be unable to accomodate those who are handicapped or have critical health conditions. We can manage this on a case by case basis so please contact us first before booking.
Captain Scott has rods and reels rigged up for for you, specific to the area and species of fish you are going after. Lures and live bait are included.
A fishing license from Texas Parks and Wildlife is required prior to the trip. More information is available on our website and by asking our Captain.
Don't forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, camera and sunblock. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, no glass bottles are allowed on board. We do take photos during our trips which will later be posted on our **hidden content**. Please feel free to download and save your photos to share with others!

Morning Trips on September 4, 2026 • 4 adultsWe received a call from Scott before our scheduled 7:00 a.m. fishing trip letting us know that severe weather, including lightning and thunder, was expected for several hours. We stopped by his dock, discussed our options, and decided to delay our departure until the weather cleared around 11:00 a.m. While we were initially concerned that the later start might impact the fishing, Scott knew exactly where to take us and quickly put us on fish. We ended up having a very successful day and caught plenty throughout the trip. Beyond the great fishing, one of the highlights of the day was spending time with Scott. We shared many great conversations, and he quickly became part of our group, joining in the friendly banter and camaraderie that longtime friends are known for. When we returned to the dock, Scott not only cleaned our fish but also sat down and enjoyed a beer with us, which was the perfect way to wrap up the experience. It was a truly enjoyable trip from start to finish, and I look forward to booking another charter with Scott in the near future.

Afternoon Trip on August 3, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 childrenCaptain Scott is absolutely wonderful! We surprised our boys , 10 and 8, with a fishing trip. I wasnt expecting much, just a fun day on the water as the boys have never been fishing on a boat (and i knew the time i booked us for was the worst time for catching fish, lol). From the moment we arrived, Captain Scott was welcoming and immediately felt like we’d known him for years! He was so great with the boys, and me and my husband. Once we got to the bait shop, he had the boys jump out to help him and made sure they were involved in every part of the process! When we got to our first spot, my oldest had a fish on within 10 min or less. After that, I caught one, my youngest caught one, husband caught one. Then we just kept catching! Some catfish and a stingray that we threw back, but everyone was catching fish. We moved to some different spots and got more drum! Captain Scott knows where to go and what to do! He taught and encouraged the boys (and me) on how to keep a fish on and get it into the boat. My 10yr old ended up catching the biggest drum right before we were about to head back. He asked captain Scott to take his reel, Captain Scott said “no, this is your fish, you caught it, youll bring it in” then proceeded to coach him through it and he did it! This charter FAR exceeded my expectations and I love that Captain Scott was teaching the boys how to fish instead of just taking over. I will forever book with Captain Scott for all of our fishing adventures! He treated us like family and is just incredible! I highly recommend going with Captain Scott!!

Captain Scott has been fishing both salt and fresh water for most of his life. He has extensively fished the Gulf Coast region and is very familiar with both the area and species of fish found. Finding fish, teaching customers to properly handle fishing tackle and providing education in regards to fish and wildlife conservation are what drives Captain Scott to do what he does. There is nothing better than seeing the joy on a beginning fisherman's face as they reel in their first fish or an experienced angler catch the fish of their dreams!
