Pirate Experiences is here to help you experience the stunning waters of San Andrés.

Depending on the season, you might hook into Snowy Grouper, Caribbean Queen Snapper, Long-Tail Red Snapper (Onaga), Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Great Barracuda, Blackfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Silk Snapper, Broomtail Grouper, Yellowmouth Grouper, and anything else that bites.

On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Your excursion begins aboard a 32' Center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials.

Rods and reels are not supplied for you, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.

Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
