Capt. Ray will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
