With Captain Brian at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
The fish in these waters include Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, Cod, Halibut, Striped Bass, Albacore Tuna, Rockfish, Crab, Lingcod, and more, depending on when you go. You can expect to do some trolling, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Reel Freaks Sportfishing are kid-friendly, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You'll be casting lines from a 30' Hewescraft aluminum fishing boat with space for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Brian will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Don't leave home without bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Originally booked for halibut and stripers, but due to good weather, we headed offshore to the islands. Man, what a great choice. Everyone caught their limit of rockfish with a bonus lingcod. The captain and crew were amazing and the boat was top notch. We will definitely be booking our next trip through Reel Freaks charter.

Very nice boat we fished very hard. The captain was very diligent and put us on fish. A lot of shakers but that is halibut fishing. The deck hand Josh was GREAT. Will rebook later in the season.
