These waters are known for Tarpon, Snook, Jack Crevalle, Goliath Grouper, Bonefish, Speckled Trout, Redfish, Permit, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Michael also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Capt. Michael welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Youth life jackets provided. Snacks are never a bad idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Your excursion begins aboard a 18' Flats boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Water, ice and a cooler are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that day dream into a reality, with Go Fish Islamorada.

We went out with Jonathan to fish the flats - he was great at figuring out what to target based on us wanting to bring in some dinner- we ended up with 15 keeper mangrove snapper and had a great time!
we had fun and caught plenty of fish
