Your trip will take place on a 17' Maverick 17 HPX-V flats boat that can safely take up to 2 anglers. It comes powered by a 115 HP Yamaha engine that can reach speeds of 55 knots. The boat uses GPS technology to navigate the water more efficiently, features an ice-box, and is equipped with a livewell for keeping your bait fresh.
You and the captain will be fishing the flats and backcountry, searching for Speckled Trout, Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Permit, and Bonefish. To attract your prey, you can also use light tackle, trying spinning and popping, or even bowfishing. You can choose if you'll keep or release the fish you catch.
Capt. Joshua will take care of all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, fly fishing gear, live bait, lures, as well as licenses for all on board. All that's left for you to bring is your favorite snacks and drinks.

Josh was an excellent guide. Iβve been fishing the keys for 25 years and Josh was great. He was able to get us on fish right away. He also spent exceptional time helping my wife with her techniques as she is new to backcountry fishing.
Capt. Josh was well versed in the ins and outs of the area. Growing up here and fishing from a young age he knew where to go to find fish.

Captain Josh took us into the Everglades to go after sea trout. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We had a good catch and plan on eating them tonight.

Great half day outing. Captain was fantastic. Put us on a spot where we caught many big sharks and a giant barracuda. Highly recommend.
Monster, awesome time
Went shark fishing and landed two one the fly Rod. It was Fβing epic. Broke off at least ten others. Huge fish with amazing power. Highly Highly recommend πͺπ»πͺπ»
