On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's bowfishing.
Capt. Homad believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll be casting lines from a 22' Tracker center console with room for 4 passengers. It has a fighting chair, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Capt. Homad will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Parked the car and walked to the boat ramp dock and stepped directly on boat . Nice boat , plenty of room , nice and well maintained fishing tackle . Captain was easy to fish with . He was working on catching fish the whole time . Also me and my son learned some interesting facts about the river and surrounding area from the Captain . He knows a lot of the history of area .
Thanks Buddy ! Its always a good time fishing with you and your family . Maybe next time you can get your wife to come with you and show us the right way to throw that net !

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 25% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
