You're likely to go after Bluefin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Mako Shark, Blue Shark, Hammerhead Shark, and more with any luck.

You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

You'll find yourself aboard a 36' Sportfishing with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
