CoolBeanz Charters
Book your next trip with CoolBeanz Charters and find out what you're missing in Chesapeake Beach. With Captain Kenny at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Striped Bass, Atlantic Croaker, Bluefish (Tailor), Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, and more, depending on conditions. You may find yourself live lining, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome!
You'll be casting lines from a 41' Jones sportfishing vessel that can carry up to 20 passengers. It has all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Kenny has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% to show your appreciation.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Lunch and Drink options are available for an additional cost. Send us a message to discuss those options.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with CoolBeanz Charters is just a click away.

What an incredible day out on the water with COOLBEANZ Fishing Charter! The bluefish were absolutely tearing it up, and we had a blast from start to finish. 🎣🔥 Captain and crew were awesome, putting us right on the fish and making sure everyone had a great time. Great boat, great people, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of bluefish! If you're looking for a charter that knows how to put you on the fish and make the trip enjoyable, I highly recommend COOLBEANZ. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the Chesapeake Bay. Great fishing. Great crew. Great memories. We’ll definitely be back! 🎣💪
Was a pleasure to have your group out with us! Hope to see you again in the future!
The bite on the Bay was a bit slow during our trip, but Capt. Kenny put us right on the fish. We caught 20+ “Snapper Sized” Blue Fish. The first mate was very knowledgeable, fast & efficient with getting the lines back in the water after a catch, and cleaned the fish on the ride back to the dock. Definitely will book with their charter again.
Was a pleasure taking you all fishing this morning! Im glad we were able to find some fish. Thank you for coming out with us!! Hope to see you again!
Left on time. Caught our limit within two hours of Striped Bass. Captain and Mate were helpful and pleasant and new where to go to catch. Too bad other varieties weren't biting there to fish.
It was a pleasure to take you all out! Thank you for choosing us and we hope to see you again!
We had a great day! Weather was perfect, caught lots of fish. Kenny and Nolan were amazing- patient teachers and so helpful to some of us newbies. Overall top notch experience!
Thank you for allowing us to take your family out! It was an amazing day and we enjoyed every second of creating memories for your family!!
