Branson has a fish with your name on it, so let me help you catch it! Your guide for the day is Captain Tracy, offering their local experience.
These waters are known for Rainbow Trout,, Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Flathead, White Bass, Brown Trout, Paddlefish, Spotted Bass, Bluegill and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!'
On these trips, it's common to spin using light tackle. Capt. Tracy also offers fly fishing and has Flyrods available for Trout if preferred.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You'll be casting lines from a 23' Center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials.
Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, come aboard and get hooked!
