Treasure Island / Madeira Beach. Having logged many hours on these tides, our captains can tell you all about the local fishery.
These waters are home to Snook, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Flounder, Sheepshead, Cobia, Tripletail, Grouper, Hogfish, and more, depending on when you go.
During the trip you might be spinning, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Reel Last Cast Charters is a kid-friendly charter service, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to bring child-sized life vests if needed. Children under the age of 10 will be required to wear one. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 24' Bay boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures and live bait.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had a great time on our quick 2 hr inshore excursion catching mangrove snappers with Capt Alex. The boat ride around the mangrove islands in the bay was beautiful with so much nature to see. Capt Alex was so kind and very knowledgeable about the ecology and fish in the area. Would definitely book again! (Next time the 4hr👍)
Captain was very knowledgeable. Knew where the fish were and what bait to use. Very patient with 4 newbie’s. Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone who wants to go fishing. Grouper, lady fish, trout and snook were caught on this trip.
We are a family of 4 from Oklahoma, with fishing experience—but not salt water fishing experience. We had so much fun and Taylor was great!! We will definitely book again for next year!!
