My wife, two teenage sons, and I had never done any type of fishing in the ocean before. Captain Tony and First Mate Travis were instructive and very patient with us. We each ended up catching a bunch of fish and had a fantastic time. We went out for a half day charter which was plenty of time to fish and enabled us to take our fish that we caught to a local restaurant to be cooked for lunch. The boat was very spacious and well maintained.  Overall it was an awesome trip!  I would highly recommend Singing Reel Charters for a great family outing.

During our trip with Singing Reel, we caught an impressive number of black fin tunas and yellowtail snappers. Captain Tony’s knowledge of the best fishing spots ensured that we were always in the right place at the right time, maximizing our chances of success.

We caught fish and many others weren’t… so naturally we were very fortunate to be on the Singing Reel. Capt Tony and amazing First Mate ( also a Capt) were an incredible team.  We hooked up with 9 BF Tuna and landed 7.5 thanks to the plentiful sharks claiming their 1.5 tuna ‘tax’.  Highlight, besides fishing in georgeous offshore Atlantic Islamorada hump was a 10lb Almaco Jack that cramped my forearm with a classic fight from the depths.

Not many crafts went to the hump on our day, BUT, the Singing Reel and her crew but us on fish!  One point we had 3 tuna hooked simultaneously, but then sharks reduced the effort.
HIGHEST recommendation for Singing Reel, first class beautiful fishing girl, but Tony and Travis are amongst the best, promise.

We booked a 6 hour fishing charter- with a combination of inshore and offshore fishing!! Captain Tony and his crew, Travis and Zach were excellent!! They promised we would catch fish- and we did!! They knew all of the spots, were very knowledgeable and super helpful!! The boat was comfortable, well maintained, and air conditioned!! Lol Everyone in my party had a wonderful time!! They made it fun!! Thank you, Captain Tony, Travis, and Zach- it truly was a great day on the water!! We can’t wait to go again!!

We went out with Captain Tony and First Mate Travis to catch some sharks for the kiddos (and kids at heart) and weren’t disappointed! They were great at chatting with the kids and involving them in the experience. We didn’t have any luck the first spot we stopped to fish, but rather than calling it a day they pulled anchor and drove to a different spot to try it out. We hauled in four sharks by the end and made some memories that’ll stay with us forever. Thanks guys!!!
