Santa Marta Boats is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Arona. With Captain Nicolò at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
You're likely to fish for Wahoo, Bluefin Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Amberjack, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), European Barracuda, Red Grouper, Common Bream, Black Marlin, John Dory, and more, with any luck. The boat has a new engine.
During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. We have different fishing methods depending on the time of year.
Naturally, we will do our best to ensure you have an amazing experience in the deep Atlantic. A private trip offers the opportunity to decide on the type of fishing directly with the captain.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks; luckily, Capt. Nicolò will have some on board!
You'll be welcome aboard a 26' dual-console boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.
Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask, and your captain can tell you more.
Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. There will be some light snacks included.
We are waiting for you!
