Welcome to the Zero Tolerance Charters!
Captain Mike has been a licensed professional fishing and hunting guide since 1987 and has guided clients to trophy fish and big-game animals across the country. His experience includes trophy Striped Bass up to 55 lbs, citation Smallmouth Bass and Musky, and 23 years guiding big-game hunts in Montana.
Today, Captain Mike focuses his guiding on the beautiful waters of Winyah Bay out of Georgetown, primarily targeting hard-fighting Bull Redfish and, during the short seasonal run, Tarpon.
You’ll fish aboard a fully restored 1990 19’ Classic Mako center console. All rods, reels, lures, live bait, and cut bait - including mullet and menhaden - are provided, and your fishing license is covered while aboard.
Bring a small cooler with your favorite drinks and snacks, along with sunscreen and sunglasses. Rain gear is optional, but always a good idea!
Big Redfish and Tarpon are catch-and-release species on these trips, but the goal is simple: work hard, find the fish, and give you the best possible chance at an unforgettable day on the water.
With hundreds of clients guided over the years, Captain Mike brings experience, passion, and 100% effort to every trip.
As he says: “It’s called fishing, not catching, but I give everything I’ve got toward a successful trip every day.”
