PV Hook Up – GuanaTuna PV
PV Hook Up is one of Puerto Vallarta’s leading charter operators, running amazing inshore and offshore fishing trips for over 20 years. During your trip with them, you can hit the Banderas Bay for Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Mackerel and more, or head offshore in search of Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and Sailfish - basically, the best of both worlds at very reasonable prices!
No matter where you want to fish, you won’t be disappointed by your day aboard the Guanatuna. At 29’ long, she can comfortably fit a group of four, and leave plenty of space to bring home some massive Tuna or Marlin. The vessel features an enclosed head, and comes rigged to the gills with tech and equipment to make sure you always have the upper hand.
For serious offshore anglers, the vessel features a fighting chair, outriggers, and even Tuna tubes, so you can draw in and hold your own against the biggest fish out there. On inshore trips, you can combine your fishing with exploring the bay’s top snorkeling spots, for a truly unique view of this underwater paradise. If you would like to go further offshore than 20 miles, additional charges will be applied. Some fish may not be available nearshore.
Whatever you choose to target, you won’t find a vessel around which offers a better selection of fishing techniques. A choice of light and heavy tackle is complemented by the option to troll, spin, jig, pop, drift, bottom, and kite fish. If none of those appeal to you, then you can always bring your own fly fishing equipment along.
Licenses are not included in the price of the trip.
Please make sure you get them day or two before the trip.
So whether you want a morning in the bay, or a full day offshore in search of the ocean’s finest, you can’t go wrong with PV Hook Up. All trips come with tackle, bait, and the crew will even clean and fillet all your catch at the end of your trip, ready to cook up as soon as you get home!
