Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Black Seabass, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Striped Bass, Bluefish (Tailor), Bluefin Tuna, Flounder, Tautog, Thresher Shark, Skipjack, Scup (Porgy), Yellowfin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), and plenty more.
Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
If you're traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to keep their stamina going!
Capt. Andrew operates a 22' Center console with capacity for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with Reels Up Guide Service!
