Your day begins aboard a 35' sportfishing boat with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, tackle, and lures are covered by the charter. Live bait is included, but it's a good idea to ask about this so you know whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a first mate. Mates often work for tips, and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

Captain Diego was born in Limón, a province with a strong fishing tradition, while Mate Noe was born and raised in Playa Potrero, Guanacaste, one of the area's historic fishing communities. From a young age, fishing was part of our daily lives and an important source of food for our families. Over the years, our passion for fishing grew into a profession. We learned the traditional techniques and local knowledge passed down through generations, while also embracing modern fishing technology. Today, we combine Noe's traditional fishing skills with Diego's experience using modern electronics and technology. What drives us is simple: we love the ocean, we love fishing, and we love seeing our customers catch their dream fish. Every trip is an opportunity to share our local knowledge and give guests an unforgettable Costa Rican fishing experience.
