Paquera Fishing and Tours – Flamingo
Playa Flamingo has a fish with your name on it, so let Paquera Fishing and Tours help you catch it! Your guide for the day is Captain Paquera Fishing and Tours, allowing you to benefit from their knowledge and experience.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Amberjack, Goliath Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Cubera Snapper, Sailfish, and whatever else takes the bait.
On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your trip begins aboard a 29' Center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't leave home without a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with Paquera Fishing and Tours is just a click away.
