They are fun, flexible, caring and most of all professionals who make it their number one goal to put you on the fish!
The crew runs a 40' Rodman Fisher Pro boat powered by twin Caterpillar 585 engines. She is fully air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms as well as a toilet. She also has a spacious saloon and a small kitchenette.
The boat has the very best equipment there is: the tackle is prepared to perfection and will give you the best chance at landing your dream fish. The Marlin rods are all custom built and paired with Shimano Tiagras. They also have game fishing rods that are custom built.
Richard's Bay is famous for the wealth of big game fish that populate its offshore waters in large numbers. On any day out fishing, you could catch a Blue Marlin, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Garrick Leerfish, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo or Spearfish.
Captain Dale Leenstra has been fishing these waters since he was born and has acquired numerous South African, All African, and 2 World Records. Having grown up in this area, he has built up a wealth of knowledge of the local fishing grounds and can give you the best chance at catching your fish of a lifetime.
Accommodation can be arranged at their Waterfront unit which overlooks the Tuzi Gazi waterfront Canal and has its own private jetty where the boat is moored.

I started fishing with my dad when I was very young. We started targeting junior SA records of which I hold quite a few. I learned a lot from my father, but it was not long before I had taken charge. I owe a lot to my dad as he gave me the freedom and opportunity to explore this sport that I love.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
