10800 Collins Ave
Miami Beach FL, United States

Join Captain Rafael Mayans aboard Sea Cross II for deep sea fishing in Miami and a catch to remember. Trips depart from the center of the Miami, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale Metropolitan area—just moments away from the Gulf Stream. This makes for unbeatable fishing that you can enjoy without spending hours to get there. Come aboard for your next biggest catch!

Sea Cross II is a beautiful, 45’ custom rigged Hatteras Sportfishing Yacht. Built in 2004 and restored in 2017, this vessel features advanced fishing technology such as GPS and Fishfinder. On board you will find many comforts of home, including air conditioning, a multimedia system, and a toilet. The boat can carry up to six passengers.

Capt. Rafael and his First Mate strive to make every trip special. They are great with kids and can cater to your entire family. No matter your skill level, they will help you reel in a catch to remember.

In Miami Beach, you can target big game fish just two-and-a-half miles from shore. Before you know it, you’ll have lines in the water with Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, or Tuna biting on the other end! If conditions allow, Capt. Rafael might take you up to 15 miles out, where you can fish the Gulf Stream for Sailfish and more.

You will spend most of your time trolling for these pelagic species, in addition to spinning, bottom fishing, jigging, and sometimes kite fishing. Capt. Rafael provides top of the line gear by trusted brands such as Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa.

Sea Cross II comes with everything you need for great fishing, including a license, gear, lures, and live bait when available. Depending on the species, you may keep your catch and the crew will clean and fillet it for you. A tip of 20% for the First Mate is customary and much appreciated.

My husband and I booked a charter with Captn Ralph in the afternoon of March 2nd. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a great time. The captn immediately came over and introduced himself and was very friendly and we met his first mate Sheldon who was as well. The weather was beautiful and even though my husband only caught one fish we had a beautiful afternoon on the boat chatting with Sheldon who was very knowledgeable and they both tried so hard to find us some fish! Don’t bring a banana on board!( great story behind that) We hope to return to the Miami area next year and will definitely book again with Captn Ralph! Thanks for a great afternoon!

Booked “Sea Cross” for a half day trip with Capt. Ralp and mate Frank. They were sooo much fun. Capt. Ralph made us laugh all day long. These guys know what they’re doing and we enjoyed chartering their boat. Not just to talk about how funny they were, we caught Tuna, Barracuda and King Mackerel.
We caught King Mackerel, Tuna and a Barracuda. Our expectations weren’t high because the fishing was slow these days, but ended up with three beauties. I was there taking photos and videos, but they put even me on fish. I had a blast.

It worth every penny! Do not hesitate to book a trip with these guys.
Thank you Capt. Ralph and Frank.
