Your vessel for the day is 21' Nautic Star center console. She's the ideal choice for up to 4 anglers and was made for navigating both narrow inshore, and rockier offshore, waters. GPS and Fish Finder technology ensure you're staying on top of your targets and the live well's there to keep your bait fresh.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast is home to a huge variety of amazing fish, from the bays to the blue waters. Whether you're inshore fishing for Redfish, Jacks, and Tripletail, or heading out into the Gulf in search of Snapper, Grouper, and Cobia – you'll be met with top-notch action.
To catch your varied targets, you'll employ a variety of techniques with gear provided by Capt. Cole. Light tackle is the name of the game and you'll troll, jig, spin, and bottom fish.
At the end of the trip, he's happy to clean and fillet your catch to take home for dinner. Just make sure you bring a big cooler with you for easy transport. Pack drinks and snacks to keep you going and you're ready to go!

He put us on fish during our 2 hr outing and kept us on the fish. When fishing slowed down or we started catching catfish we moved a short distance then we were on fish agan. We moved only 2 times but each time we traveled only about 5 min each time to get back on fish. I will visit again and highly recommend caption Cole.

How my seven year old down visiting for Spring Break and we snagged a couple of the cousins and went fishing with Captain Cole. He was very patient with my boys and we ended up catching a good amount of fish. The best part I didn’t have to clean them! He showed the boys how to do clean them, answered any question we had and fixed all our mishaps!

By the end of our trip it felt like we were fishing with a friend not with a guide. Not only was he friendly but his service was top notch; you don’t have to worry about anything he took care of it all. We caught around 83 White Trout and had the best time laughing and catching fish. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have enjoyed fishing my whole life, and have taken every opportunity to be on the water every chance I got. Becoming a captain has always been a passion of mine! I became a captain because of my big my passion for fishing and I would love to teach others about it.
