Experience unforgettable fishing in Kyrenia with "Cyprus Friend Ship” and Captain Bekir Kasapoglu. You may have flown with him if you’ve ever boarded a Boeing 737 but on this occasion, you’ll hop aboard his boat and head out in search of the Mediterranean’s best game fish!
Your vessel for the day is a 29’ saltwater fishing boat, powered by twin 115 HP Mercury engines. She can accommodate up to 8 anglers and features a toilet, kitchen with a fridge, a multi-media system, and tons of seating for everyone on board. GPS and Fish Finder help you locate your targets and the live well keeps your bait fresh.
Whether you’re a beginner, a pro, or a family looking to enjoy their time on the water – everyone is welcome aboard. The warm Mediterranean waters are home to plenty of delicious Tuna including Skipjack, Dogtooth, and Bluefin. You’ll also have your shot at a Grouper, Barracuda, and Mahi Mahi!
Capt. Bekir brings along all the gear you need for a successful day, as well are lures and fishing licenses. There are also snacks and drinks to help yourself to, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time fishing under the Cyprian sun.
At the end of the trip, he’s happy to clean and fillet any catch you choose to keep. For a truly unique experience, choose a trip that includes a visit to Capt. Bekir’s restaurant, where you’ll prepare and enjoy your fresh catch in an authentic environment!

A day out on Friendship!
I absolutely can't recommend Bekir's fishing trips enough if you're planning on staying in North Cyprus. His whole family are so hospitable and we enjoyed some amazing sashimi after we caught some awesome tuna and grouper! His knowledge and expertise fishing in the med is unrivalled and will always do everything he can for you to catch some of the tastiest fish going in N Cyprus.

Spent the first 2 hours trying to catch bait with no luck, captain had to go to harbour and get some, shojld of already had some on board to save time, after that we spent the next 4 hrs watching the crew fish, we didnt even get to touch a fishing rod, it was like we were just there to watch a dad spend quality time with his sons, very disappointing
