'Konadice Sportfishing' invites you on the ultimate deep sea fishing adventure in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii! This tropical paradise is located on the Big Island and happens to be the former capital of the island. It was good enough for royalty and it's certainly great if you're hoping to explore the incredible rich blue surrounding it!
Kailua-Kona has, as you would expect in a tropical paradise, a tropical climate. The warm temperatures allow local charter operators to be on the water daily and catch fish year-round.
Hop aboard the 35ft Bertram wide body open cabin' offshore sportfishing boat, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. She's powered by twin 330 HP Cummings engines and boasts the latest GPS and Fishfinder technology. What's more, she has a flybridge & tuna tower. On calm days you can use to sight surface activity.a spacious 2 door toilet convenience. She also features outriggers, Tuna tubes, a live well, and a fighting chair. With 15.5 ft beem she accomidates plenty of room and places of shade. Highly recomend taking a look at the vessel you choose closed cabins if air conditioned its nice but doesnt feel like your fishing and deck space all importsnt to getting the most out of your money.
You'll explore the offshore waters off the coast of Kona for some of the world's most desirable fish around. Hook into the likes of Mahi Mahi, Ahi (Yellowfin Tuna), Blue and Striped Marlin, Ono (Wahoo), Shortbill Spearfish, Amberjack, and Giant Trevally.
The crew has two goals: making sure you catch the fish of a lifetime and ensuring you have a great time doing so! They offer kid-friendly charters and are able to accommodate beginner and experienced anglers alike. Keep in mind our crew and captain make a living catching fish, 60% of our income is from daily charters, 20% gratuity, and 20% from selling the fish we catch.

Jim and Sawyer know the drill. Jim ran the boat working the current seams and FAD buoys. Sawyer taught us how to fight fish properly, explained the different techniques we used, the fisheries biology, and Hawaiian history. They worked really hard changing lines, lures, and spots until the fish were dialed in! We caught some scad for bait and a couple skip jack tunas. Then we got a really nice yellowfin tuna trolling shortly after moonset! It was a blast being on the calm Kona waters. We saw lots of dolphins, a mega yacht, nice scenery, and the beautiful clear pacific blue water. The Ahi tuna fight and fresh lilikoʻi were awesome!

The captain and his deckhand were very genuine and so knowledgable. I had smaller children ages 5 and 7 and they had a blast and we caught tuna all day and ate some of our catch fresh there. We seen so much wildlife dolphins whales in the distance and it couldnt of been any better. They were very family orirented and gentle why we fished for giants and gave us so many pointers including telling us of a great beach for the rest of our trip I am so thankful we rolled the dice with these guys.
Teven and Dallas made our trip absolutely awesome! We have done a few charters in Kona over the years and this was the best yet. Dallas got us on the fish and Teven was excellent with helping my son and I bring them in. They made us comfortable on the boat and kept things simple, you couldn't ask for a better crew... not to mention we had a fun day and my son brought in 4 tuna alone! Our Konadice charter was premier living, and we highly recommend!
We went deep sea fishing for my wife’s birthday hoping to catch something big! We found this boat and ended up absolutely loving it. We also felt like it was a good deal for what you get. The crew was super knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, great at teaching and very professional. We ended up catching some big tuna and had a great time. We were able to take a few smaller fish home to cook as well that they cut up for us. We seriously had a once in a lifetime experience and I mean that because I am not the type of person to write reviews. Definitely consider this charter if you are in Kona!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
