'Konadice Sportfishing' invites you on the ultimate deep sea fishing adventure in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii! This tropical paradise is located on the Big Island and happens to be the former capital of the island. It was good enough for royalty and it's certainly great if you're hoping to explore the incredible rich blue surrounding it!
Kailua-Kona has, as you would expect in a tropical paradise, a tropical climate. The warm temperatures allow local charter operators to be on the water daily and catch fish year-round.
Hop aboard the 35ft Bertram wide body open cabin' offshore sportfishing boat, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. She's powered by twin 330 HP Cummings engines and boasts the latest GPS and Fishfinder technology. What's more, she has a flybridge & tuna tower. On calm days you can use to sight surface activity.a spacious 2 door toilet convenience. She also features outriggers, Tuna tubes, a live well, and a fighting chair. With 15.5 ft beem she accomidates plenty of room and places of shade. Highly recomend taking a look at the vessel you choose closed cabins if air conditioned its nice but doesnt feel like your fishing and deck space all importsnt to getting the most out of your money.
You'll explore the offshore waters off the coast of Kona for some of the world's most desirable fish around. Hook into the likes of Mahi Mahi, Ahi (Yellowfin Tuna), Blue and Striped Marlin, Ono (Wahoo), Shortbill Spearfish, Amberjack, and Giant Trevally.
The crew has two goals: making sure you catch the fish of a lifetime and ensuring you have a great time doing so! They offer kid-friendly charters and are able to accommodate beginner and experienced anglers alike. Keep in mind our crew and captain make a living catching fish, 60% of our income is from daily charters, 20% gratuity, and 20% from selling the fish we catch.

We went deep sea fishing for my wife’s birthday hoping to catch something big! We found this boat and ended up absolutely loving it. We also felt like it was a good deal for what you get. The crew was super knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, great at teaching and very professional. We ended up catching some big tuna and had a great time. We were able to take a few smaller fish home to cook as well that they cut up for us. We seriously had a once in a lifetime experience and I mean that because I am not the type of person to write reviews. Definitely consider this charter if you are in Kona!
Capt. Jim and Tevin were awesome. They asked what we were hoping for and they more than delivered. Everyone in our family of 4 was successful catching multiple fish (tuna) through careful consideration of where fishing was hot and following the feeding patterns of birds/dolphins. As we were trawling on the way back to the harbor a big tuna caught a grip and our 11 year old went to work in the fighting chair. After an hour long fight an ahi tuna over 100 lbs was successfully loaded on the deck. After we pulled into the harbor, Tevin carefully sliced up some fillets for us to take over to Panchos for them to cook us a delicious tuna mexican style. We had an unreal experience and are extremely appreciative of the attentiveness that the crew provided.
Very friendly, even when the fishing was slow it didn’t feel like it because everyone was so nice talkative and super friendly and it just showed that they wanted you to catch fish like if it was them catching fish thet take very good care of you  highly recommend booking this charter and go all out get the longest trip you can. I definitely think it’s worth it wish I would’ve had more time out there  no question about it when I come back i will be booking the same charter again 
We began our morning with a very nice sized Yellowfin Tuna and immediately after that, hooked onto a beautiful Blue Marlin with 4 Skipjacks following this. Our captain was very helpful in landing every fish we caught that day and provided lots of humor. His first mate Kevin was very helpful and went completely out of his way to make our experience everything we could’ve hoped and more! Me and my father were very pleased with our trip and wholeheartedly endorse this crew to any anglers looking for an amazing trip.
I took my 11 year old son out on the 10 hour trip and we were not disappointed. We left the harbor about 5:30 AM and the bite got hot after a couple of hours. We hooked up on multiple striped marlin and we got to fight and land a pair simultaneously. We also had multiple "double hookups" on tuna throughout the day. We ended up landing two striped marlin, three yellowfin tuna, two skipjack tuna and some rainbow runners. The crew was fantastic and kept us on the fish. They cleaned some of the catch for us back at the dock and we ate like kings for the rest of time on the Big Island. You won't regret booking with Konadice!!!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
