Highroller Charters invites you on a fishing adventure in one of the best Halibut fishing destinations: Ucluelet, Alaska. Ucluelet is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island and is considered a tranquil but stimulating town. It offers a variety of fishing and watersports activities, beautiful beaches, and even has a mini aquarium.

You can take in the beauty of Ucluelet from the water in the company of a professional captain. Captain Todd has over 30 years of experience fishing the east and west coasts of Vancouver Island and is sure to take you to the best spots in Ucluelet.

Captain Todd operates a 27-foot Sea Ray cuddy cabin powered by a 300 HP Mercruiser engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 25 knots. This boat is fast and secure and will get you to the fishing destination efficiently. It is fully equipped with navigational features such as a GPS, and a fishfinder, and also features an icebox for your catch.

The vessel contains all the safety equipment such as life jackets, first-aid equipment, and a CPR-trained crew for your safety. There is also a toilet on board which is a huge plus if you are taking your whole family out.

Highroller Charters will take you fishing for Halibut, Salmon, Lingcod, and even crabs. The season officially opens on June 1st in Ucluelet, but the fish are generally available year round. You will target the fish using a variety of techniques such as bottom fishing, trolling, light and heavy tackle. The tackle, rods, reels, live and artificial baits are all provided, so all you have to bring along is a valid fishing license.

If you are looking for a real adventure as well as having copious amounts of fun and hearing great fish tales, then Captain Todd and Highroller Charters is a great choice!
