Time Of Fishing - Punta Del Este
Time Of Fishing invites you down to the undiscovered sportfishing paradise of Uruguay’s Atlantic Coast. Launch out of the stunning seaside resort city of Punta Del Este and into rich, clean waters on the hunt for great gamefish.
Captain Danilo Noguez grew up fishing these waters and made the move to running charters over a decade ago. He has the skills and the drive to get you on some incredible catches.
What you target on your trip will depend on when you’re in town. Capt. Danilo offers fun inshore fishing year-round, going after anything from Weakfish to Seabream to Pompano. You couldn’t ask for a more interesting mix of species, or a more beautiful coastline to fish for them on.
Visit during Uruguay’s summer months, and things really get kicked into full gear. You can head as far as 55 miles out on the hunt for big game pelagics like Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna, as well as jigging and bottom fishing for deep-water species like Amberjack.
Whenever you come and wherever you fish, you can rely on a safe, modern boat to spend your day on. Capt. Danilo’s 29’ Triton center console has enough room to fit eight guests comfortably. She also has a T-top to keep the summer sun at bay and a portable head to make long trips offshore more comfortable.
When it comes to the fishing, the boat is ready for anything. A full array of navigation equipment get you locked on your target species and two livewells keep your bait fighting fit until it goes into the water. You have quality rods and reels for trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, and more. You can also rent spearfishing gear for just $50 per person.
Capt. Danilo has thought of everything. Just show up, climb aboard, and enjoy some awesome hookups!
