This Captain worked so hard to give us the best shot of catching, and we caught. Big Mahi Mahi and other. Very enjoyable.

Had a great trip. I was worried about getting sea sick in that I have quite an extensive history of turning green on open water. The seas were calm and beautiful. Dennis interacted with my two grandkids with wit and humor. He taught all of us a lot about fishing for Mahi mahi. Best yet, each of us caught fish on a day when none of the other boats at the marina had as much success as we did.  Kenny cleaned the fish and we took them back to our room and had a delicious meal.  Best yet…there’s enough for two more meals!  This morning Dennis made a follow up call to inquire as to how the fish were and to make certain that we enjoyed ourselves.  It was, all in all, a home run!

Dennis and Kenny were very nice.  The boat was as expected for a charter.  We fished for four hours and only got one bite.  I felt Dennis and Kenny did all they could to put us in fish, they just weren’t there.  One bite in four hours was disappointing, given I brought three young men with me and only one got to catch a fish.  Was a little more disheartened when the boat next to us came in with 4 fish including a huge dolphin fish.  Just the luck of the draw and it was not our day.  I believe Dennis was skilled and knows his stuff, just not out day
