Ballard’s Black Island offers free round-trip ground transportation from International Falls, MN, and Bemidji, MN, based on group size and reservations.  Both airports are serviced by Delta Airlines. Rates are based on double occupancy.  The minimum group size is two people.  The maximum occupancy at the fishing camp is 24.
