Huatulco Fishing Adventures – 35' 

Captain Neri Pinacho , and his team were amazing, We had the fishing trip of our life .,OMG ( 8 line in the ocean in the same time for more chance to catch something ( Great boat a lot of room) We end up catching (5 Mahi Mahi ) and 1 mega Sailfish ( over 9 feet long , 175 pounds) yes baby yes baby yes .. We also saw dolphin , turtles, ( Marlin ) We also ask to stop for a quick swim in the ocean ..and we did it … again crazy trip ..wow we are so grateful.. thanks again Captain Neri ! Fished with the crew of the Omega in January 2024. My wife and I have fished on other charters before but had two other couples with us who had never been out on a trip like this. Hotel pick up was right on time, crew was ready to go when we arrived at the marina and the boat and gear was in great shape. Got out before sunrise, awesome views. That time of year was hoping to get into mahi-mahi, and maybe a sailfish if we were lucky. First fish was a beautiful bull mahi (a bucket list fish for me). Then things really got exciting, next fish was a huge striped marlin, something we were not even expecting, and the man in the fishing chair had never landed anything bigger than maybe a 16 inch bass back home. After landing that one it was less than an hour when another stripped marlin hit and another novice fought so hard his reeling hand blistered. Crew was fantastic in teaching and all fish that we hooked up got into the boat successfully. Fishing slow down after that but the crew kept working hard and trying different baits. In the meantime we watched hundreds of dolphins play under and around the boat, also saw several sea turtles and barely missed seeing a whale but got to see the giant splash it left. Always hopeful that everyone gets a chance to fight a Fish, but after seeing the fish come in the ladies decided they probably could not have real them in themselves. Overall a great trip.

Tras un largo viaje de varias horas que implicó viajar 5 horas en avión y atravesar 13 horas en algunos de los más hermosos parajes de Oaxaca, desde la ciudad de México, llegué a mi destino en Huatulco. El capitán me envío un itinerario días previos a mi día de pesca con todos los detalles y recomendaciones para un día excepcional. No resulta fácil escribir estas breves líneas cuando lo que se trata de describir es mucho más que un simple viaje de pesca, sino que toda una experiencia de vida. Huatulco es hermoso y el capitán, junto con toda su tripulación, se esmeraron en darnos un servicio de primera. Las primeras horas fueron de pesca chica en la que mi familia tuvo la oportunidad de pescar por primera vez. Una vez que nos adentramos en el Océano Pacífico, logramos pesca más grande. Gracuas a la experiencia del capitán, ese día conseguimos 2 peces vela, 2 Mahi Mahi y Atún. Por ética, se devolvieron al mar los peces vela con gran éxito y sin ningún contratiempo. Fueron 8 horas de gran experiencia con mi familia. Recomiendo ampliamente el servicio del Yate Omega, del capitán Adolfo, y sus asistentes Salo y otro chico más, que desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre. Los 3 constantemente se preocupaban por darnos un trato cordial y por asegurarse de darnos un servicio 5 estrellas. El día siguiente después de la pesca, los Chicos nos llevaron a un restaurante en una de las bahías donde pudimos degustar el pescado que obtuvimos el día anterior. Puedo decir que al final del día hemos hecho una amistad con el Capitán Adolfo y Salo. Gracias por los bellos recuerdos. Huatulco será nuestro lugar de viaje constante. Gracias! Everything about this tour was excellent - pick up/drop off was on time & direct, friendly & knowledgeable staff and captain, clear communication, saw dolphins and sea turtles & caught a Mahi Mahi, despite only being out for a short time. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I went out November 24th for a half day. Caught 5 Dorado by 10AM. Were surrounded by a pod of Dolphins at one point and saw quite a few turtles. The crew was great, so was the boat and all the tackle. Highly recommend spending the extra money on this rather than a panga. It's too hot here for a small boat. You need the shade and you don't have to wear a life jacket. Also, these waters can get a bit rough, so you need a sizable boat. These are fertile waters, so just go for it. The trip was very professional and the crew was great. The fishing was slow but that’s why they call it fishing and not catching. We did get a nice mahi-mahi and a skipjack tuna. There was a little bit of language barrier for us so make sure you clarify how you want your fish cleaned/fillet to take home with you, Transfer service from our rental home was timely and comfortable and the boat was well equipped. Highly recommend

Our family of eight had a fantastic trip with Captain Heri. He and his crew were competent and ran six rods with ease. We enjoyed shade in the air conditioned salon and the marine toilet was very convenient. The boat was clean and well maintained. Each person caught a fish and the highlights were a sailfish and three dorado (mahi mahi). On top of the awesome fishing, we also saw hundreds of dolphins, sea turtles and humpback whales.

We had an unbelievable time! We didn’t catch a marlin this time, but had one take the bait. We caught a mackerel, 2 bonitas, and this nice yellowfin tuna. We literally saw hundreds of dolphins and 3 humpback whales. It was the experience of a lifetime, and my family and I can’t wait to come again. The captain and crew are first rate, and the gear and boat are all top notch. Definitely give these guys a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We caught Bonita and mahi mahi, crew was great, beautiful experience overall!

This crew is a well oiled machine! Put us on the fish, provided some great sight seeing, and gave us an amazing day overall. Extremely accommodating!
