Tighten Up Fishing invites anglers new and old to Jensen Beach, FL, for a day of fun-focused fishing, where your aims and enjoyment are always put first. With the option for both inshore and offshore fishing, and a variety of trips to suit your schedule, you will be able to enjoy the very best of Florida’s Atlantic Coast.
In order to get the most out of both environments, Captain Jesse helms a boat built with adaptability in mind. The 22’ Pathfinder saltwater fishing boat can cruise at up to 45 knots to get you to the best fishing grounds in no time. It is stable enough for offshore game fishing, while still having that important shallow draft for getting into the skinny waters inshore.
The boat features all the essentials for some awesome angling. Inshore, her stealthy trolling motor will have you right on top of the fish before they even notice you. Throw in the latest electronics and tournament-grade tackle, and you have yourself one serious fishing machine!
Hit the shallows for some tasty Redfish and Seatrout, or for a battle of wits and wills against monster Snook and oversized Tarpon. If that is not your style, then head offshore for the chance to land anything from reef favorites like Grouper and Snapper, to big game legends like Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, and even Sailfish!
The most important thing on any trip, though, is having a captain who knows what he is doing. Capt. Jesse is an energetic and experienced angler who focuses on always keeping his trips fun and productive. He welcomes anglers of any age and with any (or no) previous experience, and will tailor his trips accordingly to make sure you get the most out of your time with him.
All trips come with licenses, tackle, bait, and lures, and at the end of your trip, Captain Jesse will clean and fillet all your fish, ready to take home and enjoy.

Jesse = Fish Finder
Wanted to go salt water fishing for a long time but have never been able to for one reason or another. This year I was able to book with Jesse and Tighten Up on fairly short notice. I wasn't sure what to expect since I have never used a fishing guide before but my expectations were surpassed! Jesse definitely knows where the fish are, and when they are there. Every spot we went to resulted in multiple fish being caught. Not only that but, my daughter and I don't have a ton of fishing experience, so we were really relying on Jesse to show us how to fish for each type of fish. He came through and we both felt super comfortable on his boat the entire time. I highly recommend using Jesse and Tighten Up. We had a great day and caught a ton of fish. Can't think of a better way to end 2020!

Capt Jesse Berry was spot on providing us with the most exceptional fishing experience of a lifetime. Once we arrived at our destination it was minutes before our frenzy of fishing exploded. My son and I did a half day inshore fishing trip and caught a large Snook and a few Jacks. Captain Jesse was great and made sure we caught fish. He knew lots of coves where fish hide. He was also great with my son and patient. We had such an awesome time that we booked the next day for an offshore experience. If you are looking for an all around great day of fishing this is your guy. We will definitely book Jesse again.
