Redfish, Snook, Tarpon, Snapper, Cobia, King Mackerel and more are all on the cards for your trip, depending on where and when you choose to fish.
Clearwater tells you all you need to know from its name. Situated just round from the famous Tampa Bay, it is an incredible fishing location in its own right. Sandy shallows ideal for sight fishing give way to vibrant reefs and old wrecks which are the perfect home for big, tasty fish, and Captain Jake will take you to the best of both!
Spend the day aboard Capt. Jake's Skeeter center console. Weighing in at 24', and with plenty of room for 5 guests, this nimble and reliable vessel is perfect for exploring the area's winding backwaters and shallow flats, and with a top speed of 55 knots, she will also get you out to the deeper waters offshore in no time.
The boat is stocked with everything you will need for your trip, from high-quality electronics to top-of-the-line fishing tackle, as well as a silent trolling motor for stealthily stalking the shallows without spooking all the fish. You will also have the choice of realistic lures and livewell full of bursting with fresh live bait, to make sure nothing can resist your hooks.

We were running late because we had a little too much fun the night before 😂, but Jake was incredibly patient and understanding while we made our way there. Once we got on the water, he was nothing short of amazing. He truly knows what he’s doing and taught us so much about fishing. He took us to some of the best spots and was constantly reading the water and calling out exactly what was going to happen next — it was honestly like watching someone read a handbook on fishing! We ended up getting over 10 fish on the boat, and every part of the trip was an experience. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a fishing captain who knows his stuff and will make your trip memorable, ask for Jake! We would absolutely recommend him. 10/10 without a doubt! 🎣🔥
