The Geno 5 is a beautiful, SUPER CLEAN Custom 57' Sport fishing yacht designed by Rigsby Yachts, that is sure to please our guests in comfort and luxury while experiencing World class Sport fishing off Palm Beach. The Pratt family owned business is now in our 3rd generation of our 65 years of Charter fishing South Florida and the Bahamas, ensuring our guests the unsurpassed local knowledge and expertise our clients demand of a 1st class family operation.
86% of our annual charters are 'repeat' clients…but there's always room for more! You know you're doing something right when you're fishing the grandchildren of our charters' charters! The Geno 5 offers Fall, Winter & Spring Charters out of Palm Beach and specializes in summertime Charters in Hopetown, Abaco, Bahamas for BLUE MARLIN. Our other favorite species to target locally, are Wahoo, Mahi Mahi (great eating) and Sailfish (always release) & when in the Bahamas, we also do deep dropping, as the bottom fishing is still outstanding. There is a lot of inquiry for shark fishing these days…(no shortage there) Bull sharks (now overpopulated in our area) average 300 lbs…we'll get you hooked up, but you better be in shape!!!

Geno and Zane were both very accommodating to our group and we had a great day catching fish! The boat is the cleanest, most well kept that I’ve been on and it was much appreciated. Captain Geno put us on a group of kingfish right away and we almost caught our limit. We also brought home some mahi, so we had lots of delicious fish to eat for dinner and share with others. I’ll be back to fish with them again, hopefully next time out of the Bahamas! Thanks guys. Tight lines! 🤙🏻
We had a great birthday trip with family. The boat and crew are incredible. We had tons of space and a nice cabin with a/c when we needed a break from the sun. They are serious fisherman! We tried different baits trolling and caught keeper Mahi and a nice 4-5ft sailfish at the end of the trip. What a way to close the day! Thanks guys!

Surprised my husband with a deep sea fishing trip and by far Capt. Geno & Zane exceeded all expectations. Beautiful and comfortable boat to relax or catch. The team was very knowledgeable. They made sure we had good dinner to take home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Geno 5 Sport Fishing Charters is a MOM and POP and SON family fishing charter operated by Captains Geno, Karen, and Zane. The company was established in 1961 by a husband & wife fishing team, (Grandparents) Fred and Mae Pratt. They moved to Boynton Beach, Florida in 1960 from Mishawaka, Indiana ito 'live the dream of fishing for a living'. Their 1st boat 'Little Geno' was a 28 ft Christ Craft, named after there, then 3-year-old son, 'Little Geno'. Years later, there was the Geno II, a 40' Chisovitch, The Geno III, a 44' Trojan, then, the luxury 48' Tom Fexas yacht. NOW, the beautiful 57' Geno 5, a Custom Carolina, Rigsby, affectionately known as the 'Cap-n-Squid' by all proud Carolinians. The family fishing tradition continues with Capt Zane, now in his late 20's taking over the 65 year old business rein. The Geno 5 is one of the longest running Charter boats in all of South Florida...IF NOT THE EASTERN SEABOARD (?) Who knows. A 63 year old family business is a long time to be in business. You will be fishing with certainly the most experienced AND ON THE CLEANEST, most comfortable, AIR CONDITIONED, Charter ANY WHERE! What OTHER Charter would gladly show off their ENGINE ROOM! We do! Besides fishing off S. Florida's beautiful Gold Coast, we offer our services in the summer months in the BAHAMAS. Come fish with us 1st class in the lap of luxury with the Pratt family!'
