Discover why Outer Banks fishing is some of the best in the world, with Uptick Charters in North Carolina. Choose from a variety of trips offered by an experienced and dedicated crew, and come indulge in this fisherman’s paradise!
Welcome aboard "Uptick", a fast and smooth-riding custom built Catamaran powered by twin 250 HP Yamaha engines. With a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots, you can spend more time fishing and less time getting to the fishing grounds.
This vessel is prepared for the best of North Carolina fishing. On board you will find GPS and Fishfinder, outriggers, a flybridge, and a fighting chair. All the fishing gear you need is provided, and the ship’s first mate is standing by to help your trip go smoothly.
When fishing on board this vessel, you will be both well-equipped and comfortable. Up to 6 anglers can enjoy the boat’s spacious salon, while the onboard toilet and a bed provide the means to keep up your stamina while fishing the Outer Banks.
Capt. Mike and his first mate are ready to take you anywhere from 3 to 25 miles offshore. Whether you’re chasing a trophy in the Gulfstream or looking for a catch to grace your dinner table, Outer Banks fishing has it all.
Select an inshore fishing trip and troll for Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, and Cobia when in season. Or venture offshore and troll the Gulfstream for Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo. If these don’t suit your interest, spend a day bottom fishing the deep sea for Amberjack, Tilefish, Black Seabass, and more.
Uptick Charters provides a fishing license, bait, and all tackle. All you have to bring is your lunch and sunscreen! A customary tip for the first mate (15-20%) is the best way to show your appreciation for all the hard work that goes into providing this top-notch North Carolina fishing experience.
Come try your hand at some of the world’s finest fishing today!
