Top Notch Charters 

Top Notch Charters has a new 58’ Sportfisherman built in 2023. The boat is equipped with 3 a/c units, large salon and two large outside raised couches set in the shade. Go in First Class style and comfort aboard the largest charter boat in Virginia Beach.

Captain Russ has over 30 years experience as a captain and another 15 years as a mate. He will make your fishing trip a memorable experience. The boat is powered with new state of the art diesel engines, no smoking diesel smell to make you sick like older boats. The large flybridge has enough room for your whole party to ride upstairs with the captain to see the oceanfront and the water wildlife like you have never seen.
We will target Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Redfish, Bluefish and Sharks. All the first class tackle, rods and reels are provided along with all the fishing permits.

The crew is very kid friendly and will work extra hard to make your trip one memory you will never forget.
