Step aboard a 25’ Sea Hunt originally built in 2017 and powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine. This craft comes fully equipped with advanced fishing technology including Fishfinder, a live bait well, and a wireless trolling motor. Up to 6 passengers can fish aboard this boat.

While aboard with Capt. Joseph you can fish The Gulf, inshore, nearshore, or offshore within just 9 miles of land. You will have the opportunity to try a variety of techniques, whether sight casting on the flats, bottom fishing for big Snappers, trolling for pelagic species, or just letting the kids simply catch fish and have fun.

Join him inshore and target Redfish, Flounder, and Speckled Trout. Capt. Joseph will also take you slightly further out where you can chase Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, and even Sailfish. On the other hand, heading offshore gives you the chance to fish wrecks and reefs for species such as Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and Cobia when in season.

If you and your family are simply looking for a chance to test the waters, you can also join Capt. Joseph for several hours of catch and release fishing. These brief trips are a great introduction to fishing and full of photo opportunities!

Fish Frenzy Charters provides a fishing license and Penn fishing gear. At the end of your trip, Capt. Joseph will clean and fillet your catch for you.

Captain Joseph is as good as it gets. he truly cares about you, your group and getting on fish. We trolled for a little moved to limit on snapper and went back to trolling. came home with limit snappers and a hell of a fight on some amberjack. The big difference is how much Captain Joe truly cares. He is as good as it gets on the Gulf Coast! just a few photos we captured of a great trip!

Tough Day but Finished Successful

We recently had the opportunity to fish with a Fish Frenzy on what turned out to be a very tough fishing day, and I want to highlight the exceptional effort and professionalism Joseph demonstrated throughout the trip. Despite challenging conditions and elusive red snapper, Joseph worked tirelessly to ensure we had a successful experience. From the start, it was clear Joseph was committed to making the most of the day. He constantly adapted to the lack of active bites, moving the boat to multiple locations and trying multiple techniques to find active fish. Even when the bites were scarce, he maintained a positive attitude and kept us engaged, sharing his knowledge and patiently answering all our questions. His dedication was evident, never giving up on locating fish. Joseph's hard work paid off as we managed to hook and land several fish, turning what could have been a frustrating day into a memorable outing. His professionalism extended beyond just fishing tactics; the boat was well-maintained and comfortable, and he made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. The guide’s passion for fishing and commitment to client satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, this trip reaffirmed that a great guide Joseph is - not just about catching fish but about working hard, adapting, and providing an excellent experience regardless of conditions. Really nice day on the water with Capt Joseph

5 Hour Trip – Offshore (AM) on May 16, 2025 • 1 adult

Nice boat. Nice guy. Will absolutely go out with him again! He has loads of spots and put us on fish almost the minute we stopped. Despite the rough seas, he worked very hard to try to help me find my dream species of Mahi, but it’s a bit early in the season. Limited out on Vermillion Snapper and made a feast for the family. (Capt fileted it right at the dock, and fast! Gave me ice for the cooler too . I grilled it and topped with lemon butter caper sauce. Yum! We saw schools of dolphins and a huge sea turtle, too. Oh yeah - his bait and tackle are in excellent condition, and that’s not true for every charter. Finally, he is a NON SMOKER so there’s just the smell of the sea all day! (I’ve been on a lot of Smokey charters in the past which I hate). Book him and go catch yourself dinner!

Had an awesome day out on the water! Captain Joseph was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was well organized—from the gear to the guidance. We fished out in the ocean, caught some great fish, soaked up the views, and made memories we won’t forget. If you’re looking for a solid ocean fishing trip, this is the one. Highly recommend!
