Salty Dawg Guide Service
Salty dawg guide service specializes in inshore and nearshore fishing trips out of Corpus Christi, Texas. Captain Blake cares about the experience of his customers first and foremost. Whether you’re an experienced angler who wants to come back to the shore with a “catch of the day”, or a complete novice, you have found the right guide.
You will go out aboard a brand-new 24’ Blazer Bay boat. It comes powered by a single 250 HP Yamaha engine and can comfortably accommodate up to six anglers. The boat is fitted with top-notch navigational electronics to aid your search for the fish, as well as other professional accessories.
Salty dawg Guide Service will take you fishing for Speckled Trout in the morning and then change your technique and hunt for Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Black Drum for the rest of the trip. If you want to head a bit farther, you will be targeting Tarpon, Snapper, King Mackerel, and Cobia.
All trips come with Quantum spinning reels and rods, tackle, Shrimp and Cocker live bait, and lures. You will have to purchase a license prior to the trip. When you return to the shore, your catch will be cleaned, bagged, and ready to jump straight into the frying pan when you return home. Captain Blake will offer bottled water, so you can feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.
