Our husband and I had a wonderful trip with Captain Phil! We caught beautiful halibut and link cod. We had amazing scenery at each fishing spot we went to. Captain Phil was awesome and had a wonderful boat. Can’t wait to go again.

We recently had the pleasure of going on a fishing trip with Captain Phil out of Sausalito, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, Captain Phil demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and hospitality. *Pre-Trip Communication:* Captain Phil called the day before to confirm all details, ensuring a seamless experience. *Dock and Location:* The dock in Sausalito was easily accessible, with ample parking in a beautiful area. *The Boat:* Captain Phil's vessel was impressive - well-maintained, clean, and mechanically sound. *Fishing Expertise:* Captain Phil's knowledge of fishing spots, tides, currents, and wind conditions was impressive. He expertly guided us to the fish, resulting in an impressive 10 catches (2 Bat Rays, 5 Striper Bass, 2 Halibut, and 1 Shovenose Guitar Fish) during our 8-hour trip. *Customer Service:* Captain Phil was incredibly patient and enthusiastic about teaching my two children (ages 11 and 9) fishing techniques. Last week I had the pleasure of fishing with three of my friends on Captain Phil’s charter boat “Reel Time”. It was AWESOME!!! We arrived at the Marina around 6:00AM. Phil was already there to welcome us and show us around his beautiful thirty-foot Boston Whaler. The boat was spotless and well equipped for comfort as well as CATCHING FISH. We left the harbor in Sausalito and headed east towards the Bay Bridge. Phil coached us in how to handle the rods and reels but most importantly, how to entice a fish into the boat. It was fun, but Captain Phil was confident bigger fish were waiting for us outside the Golden Gate Bridge. Our new fishing spot took us north past Bolinas Bay and eventually to Point Reyes. It was a great ride along the wilderness shoreline. Captain Phil calls it an “Ecosystem Tour” that you will never forget. We all loved it. And the best thing is we caught 20 fish when we got there! Most of the fish were Rockfish and Lingcod. It was exciting to watch everyone landing strong fish that give you a good fight. And good eating!
