Hooked Charters offers great half and full day trips, fishing the Apalachicola Bay and beyond for top table and game species. Target Trout, Redfish, Flounder, and Mangrove Snapper inshore, or head further out to fish for Red Snapper, Red and Gag Grouper, King and Spanish Mackerel, and even Amberjack.
If you are not so interested in the fishing as in the Apalachicola Bay itself, Captain Dwayne also offers fun sightseeing trips. Cruise the bay for the chance to see alligators, dolphins, ospreys, bald eagles, and the gorgeous scenery and nature Franklin County is blessed with. You will also be able to stop off at the St. George and St. Vincent Islands for a spot of shelling and to explore its beautiful beaches on foot.
No matter what you do, Captain Dwayne’s 26-foot twin vee catamaran center console is the perfect place to do it. She has plenty of room for up to six guests. She comes equipped with GPS and fishfinder to sound out the best spots, a livewell to keep your bait fresh, and quality tackle to help bring in even the biggest Bull Reds or Kingfish.
Captain Dwayne is a fourth-generation Florida captain who has spent his whole life fishing and guiding these waters. He loves to share his local waters with guests from around the country and beyond. He will show you how to catch bait and will teach you all the techniques he uses to land the best fish. On sightseeing tours, he will tell you about the local wildlife, sharing his love and knowledge of the local area.

They were laid back, but knew what they were doing. I couldn’t believe it was their part time or second job. They love it and I guess that’s why they are so good at it. I say all this not because we caught a lot of fish, but because they made every effort for us to have a good experience even when we were finished, they were still trolling on the way back for some additional fun.
