Reelhard Fishing Charter is owned and operated by Captain Paul Pennington, who runs fishing trips from Freeport, Texas during the entire year. With more than three decades of fishing experience under his belt, he can show you all the good local spots and provide you with an unforgettable fishing experience.

The boat you will be fishing on is a 23' Redfinn bay boat that's powered by a 175 HP Johnson engine. It is outfitted with all the necessary safety and navigation gear and has enough space for up to three anglers to fish comfortably. It's small enough to navigate the inshore waters like a pro, but can also go several miles out without a hitch.

The locations fished will mostly depend on what you want to target. Inshore waters and jetties are home to a variety of fish, including Black Drum, Redfish, Seatrout, Jack Crevalle and a variety of sharks. You can also go a bit further out and fish the reefs and wrecks for Red Snapper, Kingfish, Goliath Grouper and more besides.

The price of a trip includes rods, reels, and terminal tackle needed for a quality trip. Reelhard Fishin Charter offers a 10% discount for military people, firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and school teachers. Once the trip is over, the crew will clean anything you've caught for your convenience. All you need to do is buy a valid Texas fishing license, bring some sunscreen and a pair of sunglasses and you're ready to sail out.
