Join the crew in their homeport of Algoma, Wisconsin. They will greet you with a warm welcome aboard their recently refurbished 36' Chris Chraft boat. This clean, seaworthy vessel comes powered by twin 330 HP Crusader engines and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 anglers.
This fishing machine is fully outfitted with navigational electronics and fishfinding gear, along with a restroom and coolers. It is also equipped with top-notch rods, reels, tackle, and lures to make a great catch possible.
On your day out, you will be targeting King and Coho Salmon, Steelhead Trout, as well as Lake and Brown Trout. The season begins in April and goes into October.
The crew will clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip. Your food and drinks are welcome aboard, along with the personal items. All valid fishing licenses can be purchased on the boat for an extra fee.

Everything from booking was easy and convenient. Our contact Troy was very accommodating and quickly accessible. The Captain and First mate were fun and really proficient at their jobs. You could tell they enjoyed what they do! They got us on fish within 15 minutes and kept us on them.
Casey n Jamie were great captain and mate. They worked hard to put us on fish in the toughest time of the day. We caught six nice Steelhead and a King. The conversation was light and enjoyable. They were very informative about what going on with rigging. It was a very pleasant day. Thanks Guys
Looking forward to our next trip
We had a great time with Jason and Noah. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and informative during our trip. We took one star off due to only catching 2 smaller salmon. We are new at this and were not informed by another person over the phone when booking that afternoons weren’t a good time for fishing. We would love to go again, but book a morning charter. Overall, a great experience

A team of experienced and professional anglers, Kinn's Sport Fishing is owned and operated by Captain Troy Mattson and Bret Cook. A North Dakota native and a 'flatlander,' Troy has always loved the outdoors. He is obsessed with Salmon fishing industry and has spent almost two decades mastering the Great Lakes. Troy is a proud husband and father of two little girls. Captain Bret Cook began exploring the Great Lakes in the mid-1990's. He partnered with the legendary Howard Kinn in 2000 and has never looked back.
