RC Fishing Trips invites anglers of any age or experience aboard. You'll be fishing around the beautiful island of Sardinia, targeting big, tasty fish with an emphasis on having fun while you do so. Joining Captain Roberto Caenazzo is the best way to explore these blue waters and have a productive day out.
You'll head out on his 26' classic Riviera boat that accommodates up to 6 anglers. It's equipped with all the navigation equipment you'll need to put you on the fish. Powered by twin Yamaha 200 HP engines, it'll get you to the best spots in no time.There's a live bait tank on board so that your fishing is as productive as possible.
Capt. Roberto has a trip to suit any taste. Complete beginners and family groups will love his light fun fishing trips. These trips may not land you the biggest fish in the sea, but Roberto will make sure you and your kids have a fun time bringing them in.
More experienced anglers can head out further to target Dentex, Grouper, Dorado, and other hard-fighting fish. If you can't get enough of Sardinia's beautiful seas, spend the whole weekend fishing with Roberto's 3-day package. He can help with travel arrangements and even book a spa day for the non-anglers in your group.

Captain Roberto came to meet us in the car park, explained everything on the boat & the plan for the day. As with any trip(fishing, wild life, bird watching, etc), you're in the hands of the gods of luck. Roberto went out of his way to search for fish. Late afternoon, my wife caught a fish. Roberto's vast experience & superb knowledge of the local area & fellow fishermen paid off. We also valued his ethical & responsible ways of fishing. A great experience!!!!!!!!!!! Will be remembered for ever.

7 Hour Trip – Bluefin Tuna Drifting on June 11, 2025 • 2 adultsWe went on a seven-hour tuna fishing trip with Roberto and had a really great time! He’s incredibly friendly, easygoing, and clearly passionate and experienced when it comes to fishing. At first, it was a bit tricky to catch baitfish, but Roberto put in a lot of effort and kept the mood upbeat. Later, we went out to try for tuna – unfortunately, we didn’t have any luck catching one, but that’s just part of the fishing experience, and it definitely wasn’t for lack of trying on his part. A special highlight of the trip was seeing dolphins – a beautiful and unexpected moment that made the day even more memorable. We got along very well with Roberto and would happily go out with him again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable fishing trip! Let me know if you'd prefer a more casual or more formal tone!

First,we went bait fishing for squids.Within an hour we had already caught 6 squids. Then we went to another spot, where we used the squids as live bait and within 10 minutes my son caught his first ever Dentex fish! It was the first fishing trip for my family, and one we will never forget. Definitely the highlight of our holiday in Sardegna. Even though it was difficult getting the squid bait, you took all the time needed for us to get some. And it worked, then we headed out to go for the bigger ones. Conditions were not so easy but you still manage to hook me on a dentex. Therefore I am very grateful. And it was a great feeling to hook it after hours beyond our time 🙏🏼 Overall, I can’t say anything negative about you and the experience. Keep up the good energy on your boat, it was a pleasure. 5 Hrs Trip - Live bait Trolling on August 23, 2022 • 1 adultDie Tour mit Roberto war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Er ist super freundlich und erklärt einem auf was man achten sollte. Leider waren die Bedingungen nicht so gut und wir haben sehr lange nach Köderfischen gesucht. Trotz der schlechten Bedingungen konnte ich einen mini Thun und zwei weiter Fische erwischen. Alle durften auch wieder schwimmen und vielleicht dann bei nächten mal, wenn der Thun etwas größer ist, wieder zu mir kommen 😀. Die Kulisse an der Küste vor Sardinien ist einfach nur traumhaft. Roberto hat alle seiner Punkte angefahren und sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Darüberhinaus hatermir auch noch einen Tipp für einenangelplatzvom Ufer gegeben. Den werde ich noch ausprobieren. Danke für den tollen Tag!

5 Hrs Trip - Live bait Trolling on July 25, 2022 • 3 adultsOn the 25 of July we went live bait trolling with Roberto. At the beginning we had a difficult time catching some baits but when we caught enough it took not very long to hook a big fish. At the end we drove back to the Harbour with bluefin tuna around 70kg in the back of the boat. Altogether the trip was very fun and totally worth it. We would definitely recommend it to do a trip with Roberto and we will come back when we are on Sardinia again.

We'd booked for a half-day near shore fishing with three kids. Roberto was here to welcome us, right on time, and ready to go. I'd told him to plan for the trip to be fun for the kids - so he did. He'd warned us that the conditions were tough because of water temperature. We first tried for mackerel, with no luck. He then rapidly adjusted his plan to go after some smaller rock fish, and we ended up taking 20+ home with us for a nice soup. Kids enjoyed it, sea was calm, and Sardinia continued to be beautiful - so we had a great time despite the rather difficult fishing conditions.

We booked a 5-hour trolling trip with Roberto, and I can honestly say he is a great captain and a very friendly person. The day before the trip, he told us that bait had been very hard to catch recently and that fishing had been difficult over the last few days. He even offered to refund our deposit if we preferred not to go, which says a lot about his honesty and character — not every captain would do that. During the trip, Roberto did everything he could to put us on fish. We tried different methods and kept going, and even though the trip was supposed to last 5 hours, he stayed out for almost 6 hours. In the end, we hooked an amberjack. You can really tell that Roberto cares about his guests, wants them to enjoy the experience, and does not want anyone to go home empty-handed. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and does not give up easily. I would definitely recommend him.

As all passionate individuals know, the hunt for the Blue Fin is a desire we all have, but all the stars need to align for such an experience. Roberto pulled out all his tricks but still no bite, the conditions was very hard and yet we went way past overtime to catch some of the big ones. One of those days when thinhs didnt work. Big kudos to Roberto for all the work, also offering a second trip for free to compensate. will come back when the conditions has turned😎
