I took my 11 year old son out on the 10 hour trip and we were not disappointed.  We left the harbor about 5:30 AM and the bite got hot after a couple of hours.  We hooked up on multiple striped marlin and we got to fight and land a pair simultaneously.  We also had multiple “double hookups” on tuna throughout the day.  We ended up landing two striped marlin, three yellowfin tuna, two skipjack tuna and some rainbow runners. Captain and Crew was exeptional,we knew it was tough out on the water with very few bites,Capt Jim and his crew tried everything to get us on fish even going as far as taking us out longer than we were supposed to,Capt Jim wanted to go check out a spot were they catch alot of Mahi Mahi,we got there dropped down livebait and nothing,time is running out bit that didnt stop them we trolled back on the way and he came down and told me there is good marlin arounds and next moment its on reel running... We began our morning with a very nice sized Yellowfin Tuna and immediately after that, hooked onto a beautiful Blue Marlin with 4 Skipjacks following this. Our captain was very helpful in landing every fish we caught that day and provided lots of humor. His first mate Kevin was very helpful and went completely out of his way to make our experience everything we could’ve hoped and more! We had the best experience with Capt Dallas and Tevin, they were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Our group was me, my mom and my 3 kids (age 10,10 and 12). We are all inexperienced anglers and they were very patient and willing to explain things multiple times to my kids. we ended the day with three skipjack tuna, mahi mahi, a shortbill spearfish and an 80lb yellowfin. Great vibes and good times, would recommend to anyone!

Right from the start Greeted and welcomed us and introduced them selves, captain Jim and crew mate Kevin was very genuine, kind, and had so much aloha spirit, made this experience that much more comfortable. All the boyz caught fish and soaked in knowledge and stories from Captain Jim and Kevin, we enjoyed and had a blast learning and doing the hands on different fishing techniques and pole to use, from catching the live bait all the way to catching the big boy fishes, they gave the boys the bestest...
