Plenty of sunscreen! Had a fabulous experience but make sure you take pre-trip action if you are prone to motion sickness when seas are choppy.

I would highly recommend fishing on the Pacific Marlin for new anglers! It’s a solid boat and a comfortable ride in a sea. The fishing grounds are close and plentiful!

We got there at 11 for a 1pm booking. Some shops and the restaurant were open. I don’t recommend taking small children on your first time. We had rain showers and rough seas and we still got to have fun catching 21 fish! Tell your captain you want the Restaurant at the dock cook your catch! We will forever be in love with the day we had fishing at Jolly Harbor. I cannot recommend this enough.

Bring a sunshirt and plenty of sun block. The boat provides plenty of shade when you need a break from the action. They have a bathroom room too, which is great in a pinch. They have everything you need to enjoy the amazing views and fight whatever the seas provide.

Yes the crew would be great for first timers as they were very helpful with George who was a first timer on deep sea. I have a good amount of experience and was very impressed with the crew and the cleanliness of the boat.

My husband and I had a great day out on the Mystic. Captain Leroy and mates Aaron and Antoine were the best. They kept the rods baited and the fishing coming. Aaron does a phenomenal job as first mate. He was constantly checking the lines and kept the boat wiped down and clean at all times. They were great at helping us reel the fish in. My arm hurts! Thanks for such a great experience.

My wife and I had a fantastic am fishing trip with Captain Lee & 1st mate Aaron, we caught a total of 6 fish, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, and 4 Barracudas, only had one fish that didn’t make it to the boat. The Crew was very personable, and outgoing which would’ve made out trip enjoyable even if we had caught any fish!

Sloan and Trystan were kind and accommodating. We brought in one Mahi-mahi and three Baracuda, one of which was their largest yet (25+ pounds). We brought half the mahi back to hotel (Cocobay Bay) and the chef cooked it for us at dinner. Very Nice trip overall!

An amazing experience with Capt Leroy and 1st officer Arin both worked continuously to get us on the fish in lumpy conditions in which my colleague and I had a turn in the chair both pulling in a barracuda each followed by some reef work on light gear …great fun.well done guys

What a well kept boat and a great crew. Caught a bunch of barracuda also a mackerel and a wahoo. Also seen a humpback whale breaching.Captain Leeroy and his first mate Aaron really come through. They also filet up some fish for us to take. Would highly recommend them!!

As most anglers know when you go fishing you do not always catch! Well what a day on the water! We went out targeting Marlin and although unsuccessful in catching a Marlin the overall day was a success! 2 Mahi, 4 wahoo (largest over 55lbs, 1 king, 3 black fin tuna and about 4 barracuda. The captain filleted out one mahi and one wahoo for us to cook up the remainder of nights in town. Awesome captain and deck hand. GREAT FISHING!

captain leroy and peter worked hard all day to put us on the fish. it was a slow day with scattered weeds but they managed to keep the lines clean and put me on a nice wahoo. the boat was clean and gear was good. thank you for a great day!

Went on an am and night trip with Captain Stephon. Unfortunately, the fish had other plans. Caught a Spanish mackerel but that was it. It was definitely not due to a lack of trying! Fish were there and he put us on them, but they were full, I suppose. Everyone was kind and friendly. If you take an am trip, go for lunch at the local shop they know of nearby. It is walking distance from the Sea Dream restaurant, where we met the vessel, and very tasty for lunch!

Captain Leroy and 1st Mate Ryan showed us a great time out on the water!! We caught many fish (even a nice sized wahoo for multiple meals) and just had a very enjoyable 1/2 day. Highly recommend!!!

This was our third trip on the Pacific Marlin. We caught 2 Barracuda and 1 King fish. We were able to enjoy the King fish that was deliciously prepared for us at Sandra's on the beach. We are so thrilled with the opportunity to enjoy and support the local community! Thanks for a memorable holiday!

We had a great time with Capt Stephon and Kai. Immediately out of the gate we caught a Barracuda trolling, which half of was intercepted by a shark. We lost a nice grouper at the boat, caught a Triggerfish and had some big fish peel drag and even snapping braid.
We’re looking forward to another trip with Blackfin Charters on our next visit to Antigua.

Great morning trip. Easy trip out of the Bay and within 30 minutes we were starting to feel some in. Our last catch of the morning was a 60lb Wahoo. It was all-hands-on-deck to bring this one in. Sloan and crew were pumped. The fish was beautiful. For dinner we took some of the fresh fish to a Trappas in English Harbor and they grilled it up for us. It was the best meal of our vacation.

The Captain and First Mate were first rate! We encountered some rough seas but we brought in a big Wahoo, then kept trolling and pulled in a Bonita and about 6 Barracuda. The crew kept at it and were constantly checking baits and lures and just did not give up for one second. The boat has good sun and rain protection and is well rigged for success.
