Mosman is an area located towards the end of Sydney Harbour, close to the North Head. A Mosman fishing trip will give you the option to head out of the Harbour for some offshore fishing, or to fish inside the Harbour.
What to expect
If heading offshore, you’ll begin by targeting Kingfish, Pink Snapper, and the occasional Mahi Mahi without traveling too far out of the Harbour. How to prepare
Charter captains in this area will provide all the fishing gear you need, as well as a fishing license. They'll also advise you of current health and safety regulations, as well as the local catch size and limits.
