Located south of Sydney Harbour Bridge is Pyrmont. If you choose to depart from this location, you’ll have the chance to explore a lot of the Harbour.

You can catch a range of species here, including Australian Salmon, Pink Snapper, Bream, Tailor, Flathead, and more. It’s best to fish early in the morning or late at night once the ferries have stopped running.

You can also head offshore to the reefs from Pyrmont. This is a versatile spot to start your fishing trip from, and there’s plenty of species on offer
