You can fish from the shore in Sans Souci or hop aboard a charter boat that'll take you further into Botany Bay. This gives you more options when it comes to the species you can hook, including Blackfish, Whiting, Pink Snapper, Tailor, Pilchard, and Australian Salmon. For the best results, fish in the evenings or early in the morning when the water traffic has died down!

Georges River is a great spot to go Bream and Flathead fishing at all times of the day. It's also a prime location for migratory Australian Bass. If you want to hook this species, be aware that these can't be targeted during the winter and catch size and limits apply.
