Booked this trip for my dadโs 60th birthday and it did not disappoint! We had a blast! Shawn is super cool, felt like we were fishing with a long time friend! He also is super knowledgeable about the area and all the fishing spots. Boat and rods were in tip top shape and hooks stayed baited! We are already looking forward to booking another trip! Definitely recommend!

Our first trip to the Big Island to hopefully fulfill a life long dream of catching a Blue Marlin. Fortunately we booked Kona Cowboy with Captain Shawn, Kimberly & Hannah. My dream was catching one Marlin, I caught 5!!! The largest weighing 400lbs!!! It was the best time I've ever had fishing & I owe it all to Capt. Shawn & his crew. I truly believe he may be the hardest working captain to hook you up with a Marlin also.
