March 27, 2024: Captain Mills is very attentive, great sense of humor. Put us on fish right away (we were using live shiners). Excellent day, would recommend him in a heartbeat. My brother flew down from up north so we booked two days with Captain John. So…. The first cast of the first day my brother lands a 7.5lb monster! (Monster for us) we caught bass both days and had a blast! Cpt John, the boat, gear, everything was top not professional. He was really knowledgeable and taught a so much about fishing lake Okeechobee. We are already planning another trip for September. Can’t wait!!

Our expectations of this special day with our 10 year old grandson was exceeded by how many peacock bass we caught (catching even one was a bucket list item!), the great weather, and especially the friendliness & patience of Captain John! O.M.G. Captain John was absolutely awesome. We have been on 6 guided fishing tours but this is the absolute best one. He put us on fish, was very easy going and blended right in with our family. What an awesome time we had. Captain John was excellent. We have 3 more tours we are booking with him already.
