February

Fish are still in migration, but Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Bonito, and Sailfish are here. If you’re going after reef fish like Amberjack, Barracuda, and Almaco Jack, live bait is your best option.

March

As the temperatures are rising, so is the variety of fish you can hook around Hollywood. Mahi Mahi is a frequent catch, as well as Mutton Snapper, and Sharks aren’t shy either.

April

If you are uncertain as to if you or your guest will get seasick, I strongly suggest you get a prescription strength patch and put it on the night before. We had a great time in the beginning but within the first hour after getting out to fish, three of the 4 kids were throwing up. The first mate was fantastic and the captain was also amazing. Great boat, great people and a goodtime despite the fact we had to come in early due to the kids getting seasick.

Hunter 100 knows where the big ones lurk. His mate is first class and will be a caption soon. Collected over a 1/2 dozen great fish including a big barracuda. Two black fin tuna on the way home and a 3 great king fish. Had 100 lb snapper on from a bullet Bonita caught earlier ( captain knew exactly where to drop the bait ) sad thing is that we lost the snapper to a big ass shark. What a thrill. Great crew, great boat, awesome time, and will return.

We had a great afternoon fishing with Hunter and Nick! They paid extra attention to our 12 year old son and did everything they could to get him a big fish. We caught some tuna, king fish, and Bonita and finished the trip off with a GIANT barracuda! We highly recommend fishing with them. It was a great experience all around!

The only reason it was a 4 star and not a 5 star was we only caught 1 fish, but the fish I did pull in was probably what will be the fish of a lifetime. 89 inch Sailfish. She was a beauty, and we released to hopefully make more. An experience I will never forget.

Had a great day of fishing. The crew & captain were very professional & knowledgeable. The fishing was slow but that’s just a part of fishing. We did catch a nice king fish. They cleaned it for us, took us to the restaurant next door who cooked it for us. It was by far THE BEST fish we’ve ever had!! Highly recommend this captain & crew. 🙌
